LEVEL UP FITNESS CHALLENGE
An 8 week fitness challenge in which you try to earn as many points as possible by showing up for workouts, completing weekly bonus challenges, and leveling up your fitness! We complete fitness testing on the first day and final day to track progress and results. The more improvements you make in those 8 weeks the more points you can earn! There will be an individual winner from each club, and there will be one TEAM winner. Each Trainer will lead a team of 6-10 participants through 2 workouts per week for 8 weeks. Each trainer will use their best methods with innovative exercises to get you excited and have fun! Cost: Members $175 | Non-Members $225

HALLOWEEN DANCE PARTY!
Join your favorite ESAC dance fitness instructors for this 90 minute dance party! You will be having so much fun dancing that you won’t realize you are exercising. The party will last 90 minutes but stay for as long as you can. Costumes are not required but are encouraged. Let’s get crazy…together!

NEW ‘STRONG’ GROUP FITNESS CLASS
STRONG will be offered at Clackamas on Wednesday evenings from 5:15-6:00pm! STRONG is a high intensity interval (HIIT) class with synced music motivation. The music and moves sync in a way that pushes you past your limits to reach your fitness goals faster.
JOIN A FITGROUP - SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Definition: FitGroup (noun); A small group of 4-8 exercisers working with certified/degreed Fitness Coach to help you get the most out of your workouts. The 45 minutes sessions take place once OR twice per week and provide accountability, variety, and everything you need to look, feel, and BE at YOUR BEST. These are by far the most popular and most FUN way to get amazing results in minimal time.

What: FitCamp - Come have fun with Patrick in his functional training group that has everything your body NEEDS to look, feel, and be at its best! This bootcamp style workout pushes your cardio and strength to its max.
When: Monday 6:15-7 pm
What: Strong, Fast, and Fit - This athletic focused FitGroup with Melissa will boost your weekend warrior abilities and help you stay healthy while at it. You don't need to be athletic by any means, but you do need to be ready for your athleticism to greatly improve!

What: Functional Fanatics - Do you want to make life easier...at least move around easier? Chris' workouts will get you bending, lifting, jogging, biking, easier then ever before. These carefully planned workouts will allow your body more flexibility and the ability to get your body stronger than its ever been!

What: Active Adult FitGroups - Are you 65+ and struggling with knowing what is most beneficial for your body? If your answer is yes, you need to meet Donna. PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS
Private Swim lessons are one of the best ways for your child to learn and develop new skills in the water. With flexible scheduling we can work with parents busy back to school schedules and help your child grow more confident in the water.
GROUP SWIM LESSONS
You can register today for classes starting October through the end of 2019! Our classes will be filling fast! Swim lessons run Mon/Wed & Tues/Thurs for 4 weeks with a class size of 4 kids max. Executive families receive a 10% discount on lessons!
TAE KWON DO
The next session of Tae Kwon Do is starting Wednesday October 9th from 7:15 – 8:15pm. Young students will learn practical self-defense skills, gain confidence and set their own goals, testing for belts when they are ready. Sessions are just $39 per month! ADULT SWIM TRAINING
Join Coach Ray in our Adult Swim Training Class with the next session starting Tuesday October 8th 7:15 – 8:00pm. Taught by our Head Swim Team Coach, adults will learn stroke development, stroke refinement, endurance techniques and more! Classes will meet every Tuesday and Thursday for 4 weeks.
This program is designed to educate participants about safe effective exercise and appropriate behavior in the fitness center. This class is for kids ages 10-12yrs old with use of the fitness center normally restricted to 13yrs of age or older. Once completed kids will have full access to the fitness center. Our next class is scheduled for Friday Oct. 4th; 5:00-8:00pm. Get your child Junior Certified!
