SHOC EVENT

Join East Side Athletic Club in supporting the SHOC Foundation on their mission of raising funds for ovarian and gynecologic research. The SHOC Foundation will be hosting their 15th annual run on August 3rd. Get registered for this event at the SHOC Foundation website: shocfoundation.org. The ESAC team has 168 participants…so come join the action!

'STRONG' - GROUP FITNESS CLASS DEMO

Free Strong by Zumba Demo class, one day only!  Strong is a high intensity interval training class combined with synced music motivation.  The music and moves sync in a way that pushes you past your limits to reach your fitness goals faster. 

Tuesday July 30th, 6:05-7:05pm (Group Power will be cancelled for this event )

JR. FITNESS SUMMER CAMPS

East Side Athletic Club will be running Jr. Fitness Summer Camps for kids ages 10-14. Camps will be held in our newly remodeled Infinity Zone….. with turf training, sled work, stability balls, battle ropes, monkey bars and an endless amount of Fun! Camps will run 9:00-12:00pm M-TH. Check with our Service Desk for more information! Mbrs $99 | Non-Mbrs $119

Speed Training Camp: July 8-11 & July 29-Aug 1

Strength Training Camp: July 15-18 & Aug 5-8

PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS

Private Swim lessons are one of the best ways for your child to learn and develop new skills in the water. With flexible scheduling we can work with parents busy summer schedules and help your child grow more confident in the water.

ADULT SWIM TRAINING

Join Coach Ray in our Adult Swim Training Class with the next session starting Tuesday August 6th 7:15 – 8:00pm. Participants will learn from our Head Swim Team Coach and learn stroke development, stroke refinement, endurance techniques and more! Classes will meet every Tuesday and Thursday for 4 weeks.

MORNING YOUTH SWIM LESSONS

It’s not to late to sign up for our morning lessons in August! Space limited and with only a few spots left. Classes run every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30am – 12:30pm. Half hour classes with 4 kids max (4:1 ratio) per class

PARTY PACKAGES

TAE KWON DO

The June session of Tae Kwon Do starts Wednesday, July 10th from 7:15 – 8:15pm. Students will learn practical self-defense skills, gain confidence and set their own goals, testing for belts when they are ready. Sessions are just $39 per month!

 LABOR DAY

The Clackamas Club will be CLOSED on Monday Sept 2nd for Annual Maintenance.

The Milwaukie location will be OPEN from 9am-1pm

Group fitness classes include:

11:30-12:15pm ActiveAdult Cardio Class

**All ESAC members may use the Milwaukie Club on Labor Day 9-1**

JOIN A FITGROUP - SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Definition: FitGroup (noun); A small group of 4-8 exercisers working with certified/degreed Fitness Coach to help you get the most out of your workouts. The 45 minutes sessions take place once OR twice per week and provide accountability, variety, and everything you need to look, feel, and BE at YOUR BEST. These are by far the most popular and most FUN way to get amazing results in minimal time.

COACH PATRICK

When: Tuesday/Thursdays 5:15-6 pm

What: FitCamp - Come have fun with Patrick in his functional training group that has everything your body NEEDS to look, feel, and be at its best! This bootcamp style workout pushes your cardio and strength to its max. 

COACH MELISSA

When: Monday 6:15-7 pm

What: Strong, Fast, and Fit - This athletic focused FitGroup with Melissa will boost your weekend warrior abilities and help you stay healthy while at it. You don't need to be athletic by any means, but you do need to be ready for your athleticism to greatly improve!

COACH CHRIS

When: Tuesday/Thursday 9:15-10 am

What: Functional Fanatics - Do you want to make life easier...at least move around easier? Chris' workouts will get you bending, lifting, jogging, biking, easier then ever before. These carefully planned workouts will allow your body more flexibility and the ability to get your body stronger than its ever been!

COACH DONNA

When: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday 10-10:45 am

What: Active Adult FitGroups - Are you 65+ and struggling with knowing what is most beneficial for your body? If your answer is yes, you need to meet Donna. She takes her groups through workouts geared specifically for aging bodies and assisting them in getting the best quality of life.  Be your very best…which is fantastic!  Join Donna’s group!
