Qualifications/Education: BA in Education, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Weight Loss Specialist
Experience: Professional Trainer since February 2015
Expertise: Strength and power training for beginners as well as advanced athletes, conditioning and technical training, flexibility, speed and agility training.
Hobbies: Training, cooking/baking, movies, live music, spending time with my family and friends, walking my dog Fiona.
Team James - Tuesday & Thursday Noon
Qualifications/Education: BS Exercise Sports Science; Oregon State University 2010
Experience: 10 yrs personal training, 3 yrs Physical Therapy Aide
Expertise: Sport specific training for middle and high schoolers, post surgery/rehabilitation, healing nagging/chronic injuries, injury prevention.
Hobbies: Keeping up with his 3 kids, dirt biking, soccer, snowboarding, and just about anything adventurous.
Team Chris - Tuesday & Thursday 9am
Qualifications/Education: BA Health Promotions with an emphasis in Exercise & Fitness; University of Cincinnati 2009
Experience: 10 yrs personal training with 5 years as a Master Trainer
Expertise: Sprint mechanics and lower body agility, multi-generational training, supersetting for maximum efficiency, injury prevention.
Hobbies: Staying active through sports, strength training, and outdoor activities. Creating new exercise and techniques for clients. Spending as much time with his wife and 2 daughters as possible.
Team Annan - Monday & Wednesday 6:15pm
Qualifications/Education: BS in Education; WesternOregon University 2012
Experience: NASE Certified Speed Specialist, 6 yrs teaching middle school physical education, 6 yrs coaching basketball, cross country, track and field, All American in cross country and track and field at WOU.
Expertise: Speed and agility training, endurance training, functional strength training, coaching middle and high school students.
Hobbies: Adventuring on Mt. Hood, downhill skiing, camping, wake surfing, cooking nutrient-dense meals and traveling with family and friends.
