Childcare is available at both East Side locations.

Family Swim

Pool play just for families. Youths under age 14 must be accompanied by an individual age 16 or older. The pool is closed for all other swimming during family swim. See club specific pool schedule for days and times.

Pool Play

Parents can enjoy their OWN workout while little "fish" enjoys pool playtime. Guilt-free exercise is made possible for YOU as your kids are able to swim while the pool is supervised for your child's safety. 

OPEN SWIM

Individuals and families may use the pool. One lane is available for lap swimming. Youths under age 14 must be accompanied by an adult, age 16 or older.

Kid Fit

45 minutes to an hour of non-stop, action-packed fun! Kids will play games that highlight teamwork, sportsmanship, and fitness.  

Milwaukie Club (ages 5-12)
Monday - Friday: 6:00-7:00pm

Monday and Wednesday: 4:30-5:15pm

Jr. Fitness

Our Junior Fitness program is designed for kids ages 10-12 years old. Students earn a certification upon completion of practical training and written lessons in basic anatomy, club etiquette, and training principles. Graduates will have a thorough understanding of their personalized workout routine and earn the privilege of using the Fitness Center. Available at both East Side locations.

Various holiday season and summertime camps are a true VALUE...for parents and youths!Check out our camp schedules HERE or call the nearest Club. Members and Non-members welcome!

Tae Kwon Do

Tae Kwon Do for kids ages 6-16. Students will learn practical self-defense skills and also work towards the benefits of mind and body coordination. Kids gain confidence, set their own goals and test for the belt when they’re ready. Classes run monthly on an on-going basis. Wednesdays at 7:15pm.  Members: $39/mo   Non-Members: $45/mo.

Clackamas Location

Karate

Shudokan School of Karate offers traditional Okinawan karate for all age and skill levels. Students enjoy improved coordination, strength, and flexibility, as well as, increased sense of security and confidence. Karate empowers younger students by teaching them how to concentrate and to focus their positive energy constructively, which benefits them at school and at home.

Classes held Mon/Wed 4:15-5:15pm. 1 student $65/month, 2 family members $120/month, $30/month for additional family members.

Women & Teen Girls Self Defense

Learn to empower yourself against violence through simple and effective martial arts skills and proven violence prevention principles. Topics include: Sexual assault, Stalking, Workplace violence and more. A nationally recognized program taught by an experienced safety expert, Ken Niezgoda. Clackamas location.

Parties

Birthday Pool Party! Host your child's birthday party or other special occasion gatherings at ESAC. Our festive facilities make parties fun and enjoyable for the children and hassle-free for the adults. Call either location to reserve your spot. Hourly or overnight parties available. FIT4Me Pre-Diabetic Fitness Class

Fit4Me is a unique program aimed at curbing childhood obesity. We work closely with Kaiser Permanente to help families with pre-diabetic or at-risk youth by teaching them how to stay active to prevent type 2 diabetes. Designing a fun, engaging class full of support and positive encouragement has led to great success.  The group meets once per week and the program is 6 months in duration. It does not matter how fit or unfit, big or small we can work with each child at their current fitness level. The main goal of the program is to keep kids moving and find enjoyable ways for kids to exercise. It may be using battle ropes, medicine balls, free weights, standard machines, or a combination of it all! We try a wide range of equipement so they can find what they like and don't like, so they have a strong lieklihood of sticking with an exercise routine for many years to come!
